I am running late for my appointment. Can you hold it for 30 minutes?

In order to keep our schedule and be on time for our next client, our policy in case of a late arrival is to give the corresponding service from the moment of the client’s arrival and till the programmed ending time. In this case, a full charge applies.

However, if there is availability, it is possible to reschedule your service for later that day.
